We operate under personal funds, not as a business. Therefore we currently do not have a system to accept returns.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if you experience any problem with it, so that we can evaluate, solve and make things right.
Items sent back to us without prior contact and without requesting a return will not be accepted.

In case of a return we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
